Cuts for the Cure

Cuts for the Cure is an annual fundraiser hosted by Strandz benefiting the

Central Georgia Affiliate of

Susan G Komen for the Cure.

We have all suffered the loss of a loved one or faced a scare of breast cancer ourselves. As both the owners of Strandz and several staff members have suffered a personal loss from this terrible disease, we thought to put our talents to work to help in the fight for a cure.

We aren't doctors or nurses who can administer treatment, nor are we researchers capable of seeking out the cure. But, cut some hair and throw a great party... that we can do!

Every year, we put on smiles and come in on our day off and cut hair for the cure.

A $20 minimum donation is required for a haircut and style, $10 for a mini manicure.

All proceeds benefit our local affiliate of Susan G Komen for the Cure.
